Your Work Day as a Full-Stack Developer:
Your day starts with a stand-up meeting where you sync with your team on current projects and tasks. You then dive into coding, working on both front-end and back-end tasks. You collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure our applications are user-friendly and efficient. Throughout the day, you’ll participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and brainstorming meetings. By the end of the day, you might be deploying a new feature or improving existing functionality. Your contributions help law enforcement agencies across the country manage their data more effectively.
Responsibilities/Core Tasks:
• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase. • Troubleshoot and debug applications. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Who You Are:

You Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role. • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React). • Proficiency in back-end languages (Node.js, Python) and frameworks (Express, Django). • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and web servers. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
